There is great, untapped value and potential behind the old adage “It is not what you know, but who you know.”  The foundation of how we do business at Sullivan|Day is treating our clients and vendors with respect. This philosophy has paid many dividends buy levitra tablets rx to Sullivan|Day over the nearly 30 years we’ve been in business.  The adage also holds true to our own individual networks, built along each step of our career journeys that led us to Sullivan|Day.

In the past six months, I have been fortunate to receive three project leads from three separate people in the network I’ve spent the past twenty plus years creating.

  • After years of doing remodels for Panera, we just completed their new cafe at Knollwood Mall, a connection due to one of my former colleagues at Pizza Hut.
  • My manager from my days at Spin Cycle found a new home at Qdoba Mexican Grill, and at the end of August we completed our first project for them.
  • A Charles Schwab contact connected us with with a national franchisee for a large pizza chain that is expanding in the Twin Cities market – we’ll start construction on the first store within the month.

These examples are just a few of the great rewards connections in our networks have provided Sullivan|Day.  Remember that each person in your network holds the potential for a significant lead, and that treating everyone with respect is the best way to nurture the potential of those leads.
